Hi all! In this week's video we're sharing how we removed the mos stubborn rust on the outside of our van. This process can seem a bit of a chore but it is so critical to get your van's bodywork into a healthier state. It will save a lot more hassle in the long run!

We found some spots of rust with a bubble-like appearance on the outside of our van. These were really hard to remove; we had to grind off a decent amount of metal until we got a shiny metal surface. This then created some uneven spots, so we filled and faired the surface with body filler. Finally, we primed, painted and applied clear lacquer.
