For 1 day I decided to join the muslims who are fasting for Ramadan for 1 day. From just this very short experience I learned that ramadan is about so much more than fasting. It is about becoming aware of you negative habits and practising self control.

It taught me to be grateful for all the blessing I have in my life and I gained so much respect for everyone fasting! For all those of you fasting: Ramadan Mubarak
