Grandview Crossing is a 55-acre mixed-use development on the former Dublin Road Landfill. The property’s location at the northeast corner of Dublin Rd and Grandview Ave (Route 33) allows for excellent visibility of Downtown Columbus and convenient proximity to I-670.

Thrive Companies, working with the City of Columbus and the City of Grandview Heights, will develop office, apartments, retail, parking garages, and a hotel. The site infrastructure, including utilities, started in December 2019. The phase one apartments, office, and parking garage will start Q1 2020, anticipating first residents and office tenants moving in by Spring of 2021.
