In this video we grill up some chicken wings in the Gozney Dome using propane fuel. The wings were lightly salted and set on a wire rack in the fridge to dry out the skin leading to a crispy wing when we cook it at 465f. After a couple of turns and flips on the rack and 40 minutes later they were done with an internal temp around 200f and ready to be tossed in our scratch made buffalo sauce. Garnished with fresh chives and a side of ranch. These were honestly some of the best buffalo wings I've ever had! Don't sleep on this recipe, give it a try for yourself!
