So I was able to find a replacement volume control from DigiKey and repair this 1970's Montgomery Ward Airline GCI-2452A console radio. I gave up on the idea of adding the BlueTooth enhancement for now.

The Bourns Pro Audio potentiometer needed some modifications to fit the chassis as shown in this video. Part number PDB182-K430K-104A, available from DigiKey.
