Happy Thanksgiving! Today Cheddar is showing you her recipe for a classic Thanksgiving dessert -- pumpkin pie! It was really fun helping her out making a tiny version of one of my favorite pies; here's the recipe:

Tiny Pumpkin Pie
Crust:
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1/2 to 1 tbsp ice water
2 big pinches of salt

Filling:
2 tsp pumpkin
1 1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp milk
2 pinches pumpkin pie spice

I used a 6.5 cm-diameter pie tin I made from aluminum foil and had extra crust to snack on!
