You should be able to understand how the coordination of these polyrhythms works mathematically, 💡If you are unable to understand and catch the rhythms by ear👂

1. Practice one hand at a time. Start by mastering the music of the left hand, then practice the right hand. When you feel comfortable, play both rhythms together.

2. Use a metronome. Metronomes are devices that keep time for you at a tempo of your choosing. A metronome will keep you on tempo as you practice each rhythm separately then together.

Polyrhythm is the simultaneous use of two or more rhythms that are not readily perceived as deriving from one another, or as simple manifestations of the same meter. The rhythmic layers may be the basis of an entire piece of music (cross-rhythm), or a momentary section. Polyrhythms can be distinguished from irrational rhythms, which can occur within the context of a single part; polyrhythms require at least two rhythms to be played concurrently, one of which is typically an irrational rhythm
