TIG welding techniques and effect of wire diameter on stainless steel weld beads.
In this video, i explore different TIG welding techniques that can be copied by beginners. I will look at how different thicknesses of filler rods affect the appearance of weld beads, also i will try different feed rates and welding waving during TIG welding process.

Naturally, the same effect will be observed if you perform tig welding on carbon steel or any other metal as in this video we are investigating how much heat can be taken away from welding puddle with a wire during tig welding process.

Tig welding stainless steel is the easiest way to demonstrate it as stainless change colours due to the heat from the welding.
