Russia has once again attacked Kyiv, while the Ukrainian air defense tried to repel the attacks. President Zelenskyy called on Western allies to allow Ukraine to use weapons supplied against targets in Russia. In Kharkiv, a woman was killed and others injured in a Russian air strike. The US and UK postponed a decision on this sensitive issue, but Putin warned that NATO would be drawn into a war with Russia if it were allowed to proceed.
