1 recipe and ingredients:
1 teaspoon dry yeast (5 grams)
1 teaspoon sugar (5 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
300 milliliters warm water (1 1/5 cups)
450 grams of flour (2 4/5 cups)
40 grams of flax seeds (3 tablespoons)
45 milliliters olive oil (3 tablespoons)

2 recipe and ingredients:
450 grams of flour (2 4/5 cups)
1 tablespoon sugar (15 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
1 teaspoon dry yeast (5 grams)
300 milliliters warm yogurt (1 1/5 cups)
45 milliliters of vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)

I use a 250 milliliters cup.
