So we’ve all heard about the benefits of working remotely as a software engineer, but what about some of the downfalls?
It can be easy to fall into the trap of being able to work from our bed, go on impromptu walks in the middle of the day, lounge in your pjs etc. and don’t get me wrong, I love those things too!

But we still have to actively prepare ourselves for a different form of communication and realize that WE as humans are creatures of connection. It just takes a little extra effort to continue to feel connected 😊

[DISCLAIMER: this is intentionally dramatic to make a point. These are typically just subtle annoyances associated with working remotely… YES, I AM OKAY 😂 had to say that due to the number of DMs pertaining to mental health. But this is a REAL issue for some people]
