I find some good calculations and combined different knowledge to make this stratagy.
I can make ~10 000 titanite every day with 2.4-2.5kk titan power. Yes, it will spend some time for me, more then 1 hour a day. But it works already last month fine and i make good points in dungeon with my guild. Every day we take max reward here.
For this stratagy i think you will need 6 star water totem, but also try to make same with 5 star, it can work, mb not so perfect.
