When I published my interview with La Pavoni almost two years ago, there was some considerable noise made from fans of the La Pavoni brand about the quality shortfalls and features that were missing. I had no idea that my video would help become the voice of the people for a company to notice and take action! I was just doing what I always love, talking about coffee and machines!

So La Pavoni (recently acquired by Smeg) set about listening to all the comments and then they took action and this is the result! They've made some minor and major updates and so when I got to talk to them again I was amazed that a company that size even listened, let alone acted.
