Irish soda bread is a traditional bread from Ireland that is made with simple ingredients such as flour, baking soda, eggs, salt, and milk. The bread is unique in that it does not require any yeast, making it a quick and easy bread to make. The addition of baking soda and milk create a reaction that causes the bread to rise, resulting in a dense and hearty loaf.
