☑️ 7 gr Dry Yeast

☑️ 3 WHISKED medium Eggs, it’s better to use whole eggs. The egg yolk adds richness and the egg white adds a nice sheen to the custard. Beat the eggs well before adding them to the milk mixture.

☑️ 5 tbsp Cornstarch
☑️ 2 tsp Vanilla Extract or Sugar
☑️ Pinch of Salt
