I have lived in this Los Angeles apartment for almost 2 years so I thought that it would be a good idea to give a Los Angeles luxury apartment tour.

I will give you an in depth tour of my Los Angeles apartment and talk through likes and dislikes.

For reference, the apartment is a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom and is about 800 square feet. I pay $3500 per month and that includes 1 garage parking spot. I moved into the apartment in December of 2018 so I have lived here long enough to provide an accurate review and tour.

The apartment is located in a luxury high rise building in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.

My goal for this video is to provide you what a budget of $3000 to $4000 per month can afford in Los Angeles.
