Joggers are on edge after a woman on her early morning run was raped. Gabrielle Sumkin says she was also out for a jog when she spotted the victim lying on the ground near New York City's Pier 45. She rushed to her aide while others ignored the victim. The good Samaritan called 911 and stayed until help arrived. The attack on the female jogger comes as the city preps for the New York City Marathon. Police arrested a man in connection with the attack.
