The Fractal Torrent fan hub replacement went way above-and-beyond the necessary changes to fix the fire hazard concern with the short circuit potential of the original fan hub. From what we can tell, Fractal really wanted to make sure this was fixed -- it didn't just do the barebones amount and send out some plastic screws (like NZXT did earlier this year). This is good. It's still bad that the hub was so flawed to begin with, but the issue was handled better than we've seen from the NZXT H1 or Gigabyte PSU recently.
