Self-love is not selfish. You cannot truly love another until you know how to love yourself because no amount of love from others is enough to fill the yearning that your soul requires from you. Work daily on being in love with the person in the mirror who has been through so much but is still standing. Note: Self-love (like self-respect and self-worth) all start with "self", as you can't find them in anyone else.
