The Rukka Nivala 2.0 is one of the Finnish companies' most popular and technical riding suits. The Gore-Tex 3-layer pro-laminate material promises a 100% waterproof performance. When coupled with the Cordura, Armacour materials and the Rukka specific D3O armour, it's a powerhouse in terms of textile riding suits on the market. But it does have an equally high-level price tag to match and the CE classification raises a few eyebrows too. I've been wearing the Nivala 2.0 for coming up to a year now which is a perfect time to report back on its performance, and ask the question "Is it really worth the investment?"
