This is called polpettone alla Genovese and every family in Liguria has its own version. This week we welcome back Cicci, who shares her recipe. The ingredients are:
1.5 kg floury potatoes, 350g green beans, 4 eggs, one onion, a teaspoon of marjoram, 50g grated Parmigiano, and extra virgin olive oil.
