Today, we have 11 hearings in a case with a couple who have been in a
2-year-long custody battle that includes accusations of DV, SA, and have
included 3 CPS investigations that have led to Dad being unable to currently
see his children until the reunification counsellor allows it.


In addition, Dad DEFIED a court order not to sell any assets by selling the
couple’s food truck. He then DEFIED a second court order by only putting
half of the 60K in proceeds from the truck in trust. Despite this greedy &
entitled behaviour he tries to get the judge to give him even more!


Let’s see what the judge will have to say...
