It's almost The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Sally desperately needs to escape from Dr. Finkelstein! Prepare this delicious soup and you'll be ready to take on any adventure!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Butter
2 Broccoli heads
1 Onion, diced
1 Small russet potato, peeled and chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
4 Cups vegetable broth
2 Cups spinach, packed
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Tahini sauce:
1/8 cup Tahini paste
1 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/8 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Fresh parsley, chopped

Creme fraiche for decoration
Salt to taste

Jars:
Glass or plastic jars
Black spray paint
Mod podge
Decorative paper
Paint brush

Prepare labels by printing out our designs here (scale for whatever glass or plastic jars you have):

Paste them onto your jars with Mod Podge and set aside.

Prepare your ingredients and begin the soup by melting butter on medium high heat. Add in chopped broccoli and mix until combined. Add garlic then vegetable broth, diced onions, peeled and chopped potatoes, and cover to simmer for 20 minutes or until all ingredients are soft. Dump in your spinach until the leaves are wilted and set aside.

In a food processor, combine Tahini sauce ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour in the soup mixture and continue to process until the soup is a creamy and consistent consistency. Serve into bowls.

Dress up the top of the soup by preparing a piping bag and tip with Creme fraiche. (alternative you can use a plastic bag with the corner cut off or a squeeze bottle). Draw on a spooky design to the top of your soup. Serve hot!
