This house is under contract and the buyers called my pest control company to complete the official Wood Destroying Insect Report. This home consisted of a basement foundation and a crawlspace foundation. I also preformed a very thorough inspection inside the home. These pest inspections are very important for the integrity of the sale and both the seller and the buyer rely on me to do an accurate inspection.
