In this series we purchase and evaluate a used 400EX. We then replace any worn or bent parts to restore its stock performance and add the necessary upgrades to the build to create a long lasting ATV for aggressive trail riding. In this episode, we drop $3,000 on a used Honda 400EX, evaluate its condition, and begin the restoration and build process.
