My 87 pickup 22r runs good but sometimes she'll start shuddering and back fire pop thru the 36 weber carburetor in like 2k rpm and above! idk why sometimes she won't do it and rev up to 3500k rpm just fine! I've tried going back 1 tooth and forward 1 tooth on the distributor but it can never reach the correct degree mark on the crankshaft pulley. from what I researched I may have moved a tooth on the timing chain or crankshaft cuz the we made sure the cam dowel was lined up 12 o'clock and the crankshaft too! but let me know if you can help me out and thank you for your help and knowledge in advance! 🙏
