"Jack" (also known as "Ari") entered our lives on July 4, 2007 when he was found running through the streets of La Jolla-after their fireworks. He was unchipped, no collar, no tags. We did all we could do to find who he may have escaped from. But he took about 5 minutes to enter our hearts and stay forever. With a face like this-a love for his new pet parents how could we ignore him? I was working at the kitchen table, munching on a slice of pizza and couldn't escape the searing gaze-and the unspoken request. He left us on 7/3 2019. In our hearts forever.
