In this video, we tested flexible PLA vs. Super PLA+ to see which of these PLAs would make a better 3D-printed airless basketball. The basketballs were printed with the same settings for comparison, and the results were surprising after seeing other videos on YouTube. Printer settings/info:
Printer: Bambu Lab P1S
Temperature: 220C
Speed: 200 mm/s
Walls: 3 (I would probably use more walls)
Infill: 15% gyroid infill (I would probably go higher %)
Support settings: I had to block supports at the top and paint them on the bottom using Bambu Studio, then I used normal (manual) supports.
