What are things you need to take care of before you go into labor? Well, there is a lot. And in this first part, Nathalie Kaufmann, Pregnancy and Birth Consultant and TCM Therapist, and Mathias Ritter, Researcher and Science Geek, discuss baby essentials that you need to buy before you go into labor.
First, they discuss which feeding essentials you need to buy. In particular, they explain under which circumstances you need a breast pump and why you might need baby bottles, no matter if you breastfeed or not.
Second, they discuss diapering essentials and how many diapers you can expect to require a day.
Third, they discuss bath essentials and they also explain why you don’t necessarily need a bath tub.
Finally, they also discuss massage essentials and why there is only one product you need.
