In this video, I show you a quick and easy way to make roasted beef bone broth. Head over to your local grocer, butcher, or rancher and pick up some beef bones. First, roast them and take out the bone marrow for an amazingly good-tasting delicacy. Then use the bones for your broth. It's a win-win situation!

Grass fed Bones if possible

Wide Mouth Mason Jars https://amzn.to/2FKMbVg

Place bones in crockpot. Pour in water so that it covers the bones. Set on high until it begins to boil, (Usually takes 1-2.5 hours to boil.) Then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 12 to 48 hours.

When finished strain and put in wide mouth mason jars for storage. Let cool and take fat off top to cook with later.

Heat to serve and add more salt to taste.

If you are crazy add to coffee for an extra nutritious addition to your morning ritual.
