Until driving the seriously fast and incredibly fun BMW X3 M Competition it's easy to think of all SUV's as variations on more or less the same theme. But the Comp is so nimble and planted it genuinely feels like a sports car, with performance stats that'd put it among the fastest cars in the world a decade ago. Nick's had is 2021 Comp for a few months and shares insights about living with the truck on the daily including his suspension mods to tame (somewhat) this little hellion's sole weak point -- a very harsh ride. BMW calls this its "Sports Activity Vehicle on steroids" and Nick and Joe agree, this may just be the best car in the BMW lineup today. Did we mention 0-60 in 3.3sec (per Car and Driver)?!
