About this video:
. Come Live With Me was released in January 1974. It features one side of orchestral songs and one of lean R&B performances. This was the first album on Ray's new record label, Crossover.

But it wasn’t the first release on Crossover: a teaser single was released in October 1973. It was the album’s first song, the title track "Come Live With Me". The B-side of that single is "Everybody Sing", also from the LP. A second single followed in March 1974: "Louise" was the A-side. Its B-side was "Somebody", meaning that four of the album's nine songs appeared on singles, with no non-LP tracks.

This jacket looks like it’s in very nice shape. The music on Come Live With Me, overall, is excellent, with great performances and stellar song choices. The label of this copy shows that it was pressed for the Longines Symphonette Society. That was a kind of mail order record club.

Copies of this album are especially common, and recommended – whatever pressing you choose.
