Bio: Lyudmyla Kozlovska is President of the Open Dialogue Foundation, an organization established in Poland in 2009 to protect human rights, democracy and the rule of law in the post-Soviet era -- especially in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Poland. Kozlovska was active in the Orange Revolution in Ukraine in 2004, and has since organized several international election and human rights observation missions in several countries. She has recently focused on preventing abuse of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism laws. The Bitcoin advocate is a graduate of Finance at the State Technical University in Sevastopol and at the University of Wales in Bangor.
