Our Ambassador, Crystal Asige, is Senator of the Republic of Kenya, representing persons with disabilities and Special Interest Groups. She is an award-winning musician, diversity equity and inclusion consultant, disability rights advocate, inclusive mobility and transport practitioner, accessibility auditor, public speaker and founder of the Crystal Asige Foundation.

In her speech at #OYW23 she speaks about what being blind has taught her about leadership and empathy. She said, “All you see is what you see, then you don’t see all there is to be seen. Let that resonate.”
