One of the countless 'homeless' dogs in Athens, Greece. The one's with collars have tags for tracking, and have also been vaccinated, spayed/neutered by the city - red collar designates female, and blue is male. The dogs are typically fed by the locals... all of the dogs I encountered were very friendly and in good health.
