The synth pop duo Hurts perform Miracle as part of Comic Relief's Big Chat night. Comic Relief is an annual event in the UK, where guests perform to raise money for charitable organisations. As is evident, (And picked up on by the shows host Graham Norton, Theo Hutchcraft in true pop star style, wore his sunglasses throughout the performance to cover an eye injury sustained during an accident, whilst recording the video shoot for Blind.
