To make delicious Bandari sausage, first peel and chop the onions. Then, cut the sausages into standard sizes (not too thick and not too thin). For cooking the Bandari sausage and onion Iranian-style sandwiches, it is best to finely chop the sausages, then heat a suitable pan and add some oil. Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté them until they are completely soft.

Note: Do not sauté the onions for too long as they will dry out. Remove the onions from the pan and set them aside. Frying the sausages is optional. You can boil and fry them. If you want to fry the sausages, you should do this quickly over high heat because if you sauté the sausages over low heat for a long time, your Bandari sausage sausages will not become soft. When the sausages are well cooked or fried, remove them from the pan and set them aside. Then, pour tomato paste with a little oil into a pan containing onions, then put the pan on heat and sauté the tomato paste until it takes on its raw flavor.

After the tomato paste is well browned, add ketchup, tomato powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes until the ingredients are mixed. Then peel the apples, finely chop them, and sauté them in a pan with salt, pepper, and spices.

Now serve Bandari Abadani sausage with baguette bread, soda, and accompaniments such as fresh herbs or pickles. Enjoy your meal!
