This is an easy to follow 45 minute STEP AND TONE workout! This is great for my beginner and experienced steppers out there. Great interval training that will get your heart rate up, but also get in a full body strength training workout. No hard choreography here, so boost up your intensity to where you want it to meet your goals. Do what you can and modify when needed. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!
