Milk Braided Buns are tender and moist milk buns with a braided design and a rich milk flavor. These amazing buns are prepared with fresh milk, which gives them a unique softness and tenderness.

Recipe #1:
550-600 g of wheat flour (5 cups).
1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon).
7 g dry yeast (1.5 teaspoons).
8g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
1 egg + egg yolk.
250 ml warm milk (1 cup).
40 ml vegetable oil (3 tablespoons).
Sesame seeds.
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Prepare the rolls.
Grease the surface with egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Recipe #2:
450-500g wheat flour (4 1/2 cups).
1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon).
25 g fresh yeast (1 oz).
125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup).
2 eggs + 1 yolk.
30 g butter (1 ounce).
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Knead the dough and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Form buns. Brush with egg yolk and milk.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
