Have you ever gotten a warning like this from your trash collector telling you you’ve broken one of their rules? Has your trash collector frequently failed to pick up your trash on your assigned trash day? It seems to be happening a lot these days.

Customer service is a vital function to any successful company and normally when a company takes its customers for granted, the customers looks for a new company. Unfortunately Costa Mesans don’t have that option. Our contract with CR&R and its predecessor began over 70 years but for the past couple of years they has been showing signs of problems and taking its customers for granted.

This video is part of our new Political Satire series. It is not a criticism about how CR&R collects and processes the trash, it is about their declining customer service.
