I recently purchased a Lone Star Grillz 20" x 42" Pellet Smoker. While waiting for Lone Star to fabricate the pellet smoker over this last winter (2021/2022), I also fabricated a 40" x 24", reverse flow stick burn smoker. In this video, we put the two to the test for the best smoke flavor. Both smokers unique in their own way, but one (by this group of "BBQ connoisseurs") gets awarded the best smoke flavor.
