2024 is looking like a fantastic year for movies, based on the trailers and synopses we’ve been seeing so far. It’s got a host of different offerings, from adaptations of Broadway musicals to sequels of epic action flicks, to prequels of epic action flicks. And everything in between. We thought we’d take a look at 10 of the most promising movies, to get you as hyped as we are about next year’s offerings. We’ll give you the inside scoop on what we know so far about them, as well as who is in them, what they are about, and when you can expect to see them in theaters. We cover movies like Deadpool 3, one of the most anticipated MCU movies in a long time, as well as Furiosa: Mad Max, another movie people have definitely been clamoring for. Then there are some hilarious looking comedies like Mean Girls, which is actually a reimagining of the Broadway musical version. So get ready to hear from killer vocal chops from some not-so-nice girls. Plus a new Ghostbusters movie starring Paul Rudd (so you know you’ll be laughing) as well as IF, a partially animated offering starring Ryan Reynolds. There’s even a movie remake of an 80’s TV show called Fall Guy, about a stuntman turned bounty hunter. It stars Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, so you know it looks great.
