Orange County commissioners approved revisions to the adult entertainment ordinance, aiming to expedite reopening of suspended businesses. Yet, they rejected a settlement from the property owner of a former strip club. Mayor Demings warned of potential costly liabilities if the property owner's lawsuit succeeds, stemming from human trafficking charges against the club's operators. The property owner sued the county for alleged damages and claimed the ordinance was unconstitutional.
