It’s sure to fill your home with a delectable aroma emitted from your oven.

The key to making the perfect sponge cake is in the technique. For the best results, you should not rush the process. The batter must be beaten thoroughly to create volume. For this video, we creamed the butter for nearly 30 minutes. This allowed the cake to be light and soft. Find like it’s missing something and you want to spice it up? Add some cinnamon and nutmeg.
