INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:

2 potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion
Olive oil
5 mushrooms
50 g butter
70 g canned corn
Paprika
Dried garlic
Salt
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
Black pepper
150 grams of cheese
4 tortillas
4 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Dried garlic
Paprika

1. Cut 2 potatoes into large cubes and place in a saucepan.
2. Fill with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Finely chop 1 onion and fry in olive oil.
4. Finely chop 5 mushrooms and add to the onion.
5. Add 50 grams of butter and 70 grams of canned corn.
6. Add paprika, dried garlic and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Take 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, add finely grated garlic clove, pepper and mix well.
8. Grate 150 grams of cheese on a coarse grater.
9. Mash the potatoes and mix with the fried vegetables.
10. Take a flatbread and spread tomato paste on it.
11. Place grated cheese on half of the tortilla and add potatoes and fried vegetables.
12. Fold the quesadilla in half and fry on both sides until golden brown.
13. For the sauce, take 4 tablespoons of yogurt, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, dried garlic, paprika and mix well.
