The 1989 draft is synonymous with one name in Wisconsin: Tony Mandarich. "The Incredible Bulk" was considered an all-time great offensive line prospect. He turned out to be an all-time bust. With a change in a few results, the Packers could have pick any number of future Hall of Fame players...and completely change team and NFL history.
