Park Heights residents are voicing frustration with the city’s uptick in quality-of-life crimes after they say a reckless U-Haul driver wreaked havoc in their neighborhood.

Residents claim the speeding driver crashed into several cars along the 2800 block of Oakley Avenue, then dashed from the scene early Sunday morning.
