Of course the phone has major improvements, but has Samsung started to follow Apple and become a little complacent with their design? I personally don't go along with this minimalistic approach and much prefer the previous S21 series for example. But do you even care? Given the Samsugn Galaxy S23 Ultra new features such as 200MP camera and vastly improved night photography, does the S23 Ultra external design matters?
