Steamed Chicken with Black Fungus and Lily Flower Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Chicken leg, cut into three-quarter inch pieces
1 cup of lily flowers (optional)
1 cup of black fungus (optional)
1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
2 tablespoon of premium bouillon powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of sake or rice wine

This recipe is simple to prepare and can be reheated later for a comforting and tasty meal. If you're not a fan of black fungus or lily flowers, feel free to omit them. Let's get cooking!
