Hi there. This video wasn't awkward at all hahah. What did you think about it? We actually really enjoyed it! I think there are so many questions girls and guys want to know but are too afraid to ask and based on some of the submissions we got... I think that is a healthy fear haha.

So how are you? Typically I reserve this space for encouragement but in the same way worship is not limited to music, encouragement isn't limited to some lofty words in a YT description. You don't have to answer in the comments how you are but I think it could be good for you to legit take a few minutes. 120 seconds. that's it. And check in on yourself. life is happening SO FAST. we are already half way through 2021. Have you given yourself some mental space to process all the changes and hardships that have happened the last 18 months? If you find a few minutes, sit down, maybe with a journal or your notes open and just ask yourself these questions:
How am I REALLY doing?
Am I becoming who I want?
Are there things I wish I could stop?
What would help me the most right now?
Is that thing a healthy thing? And if so, how do you get it?
